Professor Kishu Daswani, B.Sc. LL.M., has been teaching law at the Government Law College, Mumbai for over 25 years. He is the Faculty Advisor of The Law Review, GLC. He is the founder member of the Securities Law course at the College. Over the years he has taught several subjects including Arbitration, Company Law, Taxation, Hindu Law, Industrial laws, Transfer of Property, Environmental laws and particularly specializes in Contract law and Criminal laws. He is a teacher at the Public Policy, Human Rights and Business Law programs at the St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. He also lectures at the NLSIU, Bangalore. He also teaches International and Humanitarian Law at the Rotary Peace Centre at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He is a Member of LAW COMMITTEE of the Indian Merchants Chamber and also a member of the Academic Council of St. Xavier´s College He has been invited on several panels to speak on International Relations and Human Rights and is also a Resource person for the Harvard College in Asia Program.
