BIO
Dr Rachit Kamdar is a PhD from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. He also has a Master of Science in Quantitative Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. His research interests span artificial intelligence, hiring and labor markets, online reviews, and information systems. His work has been presented at several prestigious international conferences, including the Wharton Business and Generative AI Conference, INFORMS Annual Meeting, and the Conference on Information Systems & Technology. He has also served as a reviewer for leading academic journals and conferences in the field of Information Systems. Before joining BITSoM, Dr Kamdar was a Research Associate at the Indian Statistical Institute and an Associate Solution Advisor at Deloitte USI.
