Raj has over 29 years of Industry, Consulting and Teaching experience. In this time, he has conducted training programs and consulted for business houses in India, South, South-East Asia and the USA. He caters for a large number of clients cutting across industries and sectors.Raj has taught a well-received Leadership Development Program and a specialized elective titled “Leadership Insights from World Literature”. Also, the “Inside India” Program at ISB. He also taught at School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brooks University, UK, Thunderbird, USA and SKOLKOVO Moscow Institute of Management, Russia. Raj teaches the Global Leadership Immersion Program at the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Seoul, South Korea to senior corporate executives with a focus on ‘Leadership Skills for Doing Successful Business with India’. He teaches the Leadership Module at Public Policy, long term Program, at ISB. He also teaches the INSEAD Program in India and Fontainebleau, France.
