Ratan is a management consultant and leadership coach with 22 years of corporate experience in India, USA, UK and the Middle East. He has been a Partner and Co-founder at People Trust sicne 2013, providing Learning and Advisory services to large and mid-sized corporate clients and educational institutions.He commenced his career at KPMG, in their Assurance team, and then spent 7 years in the US and UK with NASDAQ-listed EXL Service, in a leadership position with their Finance Transformation team, working with some of the world’s largest Banking, Insurance and Technology corporations. Ratan has a variety of philanthropic interests, and serves on the boards of various non-profit organizations in India.He is a Bachelor of Commerce from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
