THE 90-DAY AI VENTURE LIFECYCLE
The BITSoM AI Innovation & Venture Programme follows a rigorous, time-bound roadmap to move from concept to a validated pilot in exactly 90 days.
Step 1: Startup Selection – We identify industry-led founders with high-potential raw AI ideas.
Step 2: Ideation Phase – Refining the problem statement and aligning the AI solution with enterprise needs.
Step 3: The Iterative Build Loop – This phase consists of continuous Test Cycles paired with Design and Build sprints. During this stage, founders leverage:
- Real-time corporate pilots for immediate validation
- Domain-specific AI sandboxes
- Structured MBA-engineering build crews
Step 4: MVP with Pilot Customer – The programme concludes with a graduation-ready, enterprise-validated Minimum Viable Product (MVP) already deployed with a real customer
